Based in Albrighton Wolverhampton, Shropshire - a convenient location just off Junction 3 of the M54 equal distance between Telford and Wolverhampton.

We teach a range of styles to adults regardless of ability or age. You can begin with Gentle Restorative Hatha Yoga and work up to a Gentle Vinyasa Flow  (A style of yoga that encourages fluid movement with every breath) We incorporate many of our own unique adaptations to create truly inspiring and accessible classes that keep everyone mobile, moving and up for more.
